US Army Blocking Domains?

Quote: "According to a spokesperson from the Theater Network Operations and Security System at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, the block is for security reasons".
Translation:
--Too many of our soldiers are blogging about their field experiences.. That is having a negative impact on enlistment and morale.
--Too many of our men and women are addicted to Facebook or shopping on Amazon etc.
--There has been an unacceptable up-tick in searches for Porn.
Your translation is wrong. It's because of SPAM coming out of TWTC's ASN. This is not a secret.
It has nothing to do with Time Warner the cable company's Internet offering. It's the wholesale arm, TW Telecom.

Frank,
Please excuse my ignorant question. I've noticed that many of the domainer's seem to use Yahoo as their Ad network. Is this correct? If so, can you elaborate why?
-my assumption is because I don't see the infamous "ads by Google" found above or below the text ads.
