Apparently creditcheck.com and freecreditcheck.com ($3million sale) was priced on 7 years revenue. Do you think there is a catch with this Frank? I wonder with so many big bidders on the room why it would sell on what seems like a very low multiple.

***FS*** No i think thats right.. Finance sites are very lucrative. I have one finance name that makes thousands a day. There are always stories behind the story. Sometimes an auction will include other related names.. so its an anchor name with other subordinate names.

When I was a kid the garbage truck that drove down our alley had all these stuffed animals lashed to it and painted on the top it said "One man's trash is anothers treasure" :) We all have our unique perspectives.

Don't get me wrong there were some good buys to be had. I generalized so as not to start a debate over each and every domain with each and every person reading. Thanks for the nod . I'll be posting another couple perspectives from some guest writers soon.
